🩰 Pre-Pointe Class — JDI Dance Company

Our Pre-Pointe class prepares young dancers for the exciting transition to pointe work. Along with traditional barre and center exercises, dancers work on strengthening their ankles, feet, and core to ensure correct alignment and control. We use resistance bands to build foot and ankle strength, improve articulation, and enhance pointe readiness. Dancers also work in pairs to practice balance, coordination, and supportive partnering exercises that develop awareness and stability.
