Rawhide Braiding: Braiding 8 Strands of Rawhide
Here I show my process for braiding 8 strands of rawhide string. My string size is around 1/8” wide X 1/16th thickness. This was me braiding a test piece for a pair of Romal Reins, but of course the uses for this braid are endless. I made the rawhide myself, and cut/beveled the strings.
