The lovely Ely is having a rough day with the old Chevette

Today, the lovely Ely is having a birthday party and needs to pick up her friend, but first she has to warm up the old Chevette to make sure it runs smoothly. At first, she has trouble because the old car won’t start. She’s a very determined girl and doesn’t want to drain the battery, so she struggles to get it started quickly before that happens. Once it starts showing signs of life, she floors the gas pedal so it doesn’t stall. She presses hard on the accelerator, and finally it starts and she’s able to drive off. Reversing the gearshift is giving her a lot of trouble too, but she manages to control it, and she drives for a few minutes, taking a spin.
