Identifying Early US Washington Stamp #540

I share a walkthrough the process of how I identified a glassine full of 14 potential US #540's. They each catalog at $ 9.50 each and I had been avoiding them because early US stamps can be a real pain-- these were not that bad :) I am well aware about the music being too loud in this video...I have handled that better in more recent videos.
