LNER A2 60532 Blue Peter Returns To The Mainline! Inaugural Run. (London-York) 13/07/24

On the 13th of July 2024, LSL locomotive 60532 returned to the Mainline for the first time since the late 90's. Now freshly overhauled and a lovely blue, Blue Peter ran from London King's Cross to York. We first head to Grantham, Lincolnshire to see the tour passing through and it was very busy with people constantly swapping platforms. Apologies for all the voices you may hear, was hard to avoid. Finally, we head to Doncaster where once again, many people had turned out to see the A2 on its Mainline return. passing through on a double yellow, it was moving along quite nicely, I often get engines crawling through so I'll take this! shout out to ‎@blackcountrysteamvideos8021  for bumping into him and his friend today, enjoyed the banter and company!
