成為此頻道的會員即可獲得以下福利：    / @huntingarcher   #廣州 #美食 #旅遊 餐廳名稱：僑美唐荔園 餐廳地址：廣州市荔灣區黃沙大道涌邊橫街12號 GOOGLE MAP：https://maps.app.goo.gl/ja936uQTXXwpB... 餐廳消費：團購套餐價 ¥1580：上湯伊麵焗深海龍蝦/蔬果醬蒸大連鮑 - 八隻/清蒸海石斑/秘製脆皮黑叉燒/廚皇蔥香豬手/金湯核桃燴花膠/椰汁海參茨實煲/家嫂煮時蔬果/台山黃鱔炒飯/小妹生磨杏仁茶/炒牛河 ¥58/紅燒乳鴿 ¥53/白切葵花籽雞 ¥268 ———————————— 清嘉慶年間，廣州紳士丘熙在荔枝灣墨硯洲鄭公堤處，建了一座遍植荔枝，兼備竹亭瓦屋的園林，取名「札珠園」。丘熙常和當時廣州的地方官員、文友、詩人在此荔吟宴。道光初年，阮福(兩廣總督阮元之子，後任甘肅平涼府知府)對該園美妙和諧的亭台佈局，賞心悅目的園林造景極為讚賞，謂足與唐代荔枝灣的荔園比美，特給它題為唐荔園，道光四年(1824)唐荔園重加修茸，增建景點，時有任佛崗司獄的畫家陳務滋，應主人之請，繪下"唐荔園圖"，繪出了該園淡雅秀麗的景色。道光十年後，花園歸潘仕成所有，成為海山仙館的一部分。 醉觀園建於清末，興建者叫梁熾權，為新興縣天堂圩人。該園既是私人園林，也是有經營商業性質的花卉銷售園，以栽種牡丹出名，昔日達官貴人、名流望族甚為熱衷在此購花。園主人也在這裡開設園林式的酒樓“醉觀樓”，是廣州最早經營西餐西點的食肆。但在日軍侵華時，它被嚴重破壞。建國後，在醉觀園址，建醉觀公園，公園就包含了醉觀園和其它週邊園林的倖存部分。 唐荔園初名丘氏園，位於現今荔灣湖公園內的荔灣湖飯店附近，為清人丘熙於道光初年興建另一處園林。丘熙早年曾在澳門洋行謀生，後從英國人處學得預防天花的牛痘接種術，遂於廣州十三行設館事接種之業。隨著歷史發展，唐荔園逐步衰落。 2000年，商家與荔灣湖公園合作，在原址附近的荔灣湖公園內位置重建唐荔園，並在如意坊口立牌匾。重建後的唐荔園，既成一間酒家。 傳統園林大多消失，為我們演繹的是一代代帝王、富商的傳奇的逝去。如今新園林又即將出現，講古佬只希望，展現不要是浮華，亦不要僅僅停留在建築本身，還應有背後的那份神韻和精神。 ———————————— During the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, Guangzhou gentleman Qiu Xi built a garden with litchi trees and bamboo pavilions and tiled houses at Zhenggong Dike, Moyanzhou, Litchi Bay, and named it "Zhazhu Garden". Qiu Xi often held banquets and poems here with local officials, literary friends and poets in Guangzhou at that time. In the early years of Daoguang, Ruan Fu (son of Ruan Yuan, the governor of Guangdong and Guangxi, and later the prefect of Pingliang Prefecture, Gansu) was very impressed by the beautiful and harmonious layout of pavilions and the pleasing garden landscaping in the garden, saying that it was comparable to the litchi garden in Litchi Bay in the Tang Dynasty, and specially named it Tang Litchi Garden. In the fourth year of Daoguang (1824), Tang Litchi Garden was renovated and scenic spots were added. At that time, Chen Wuzi, a painter who was the warden of Fogang Prison, painted the "Tang Litchi Garden" at the request of the owner, depicting the elegant and beautiful scenery of the garden. Ten years after Daoguang, the garden was owned by Pan Shicheng and became part of Haishan Xianguan. Zuiguan Garden was built in the late Qing Dynasty. The builder was Liang Chiquan, who was from Tiantangxu, Xinxing County. The garden is both a private garden and a commercial flower sales garden. It is famous for growing peonies. In the past, dignitaries and celebrities were very keen to buy flowers here. The owner of the garden also opened a garden-style restaurant "Zuiguanlou" here, which was the earliest restaurant in Guangzhou that sold Western food and pastries. But it was severely damaged during the Japanese invasion of China. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Zuiguan Park was built on the site of Zuiguan Garden. The park includes the surviving parts of Zuiguan Garden and other surrounding gardens. Tang Liyuan was originally named Qiu's Garden. It is located near the Liwan Lake Hotel in the current Liwan Lake Park. It was another garden built by Qiu Xi of the Qing Dynasty in the early years of Daoguang. Qiu Xi made a living in a foreign company in Macau in his early years. Later, he learned the cowpox vaccination technique to prevent smallpox from the British, so he set up a shop in Guangzhou Thirteen Hongs to do vaccination business. With the development of history, Tang Liyuan gradually declined. In 2000, the merchant cooperated with Liwan Lake Park to rebuild Tang Liyuan in the Liwan Lake Park near the original site, and erected a plaque at the entrance of Ruyifang. The rebuilt Tang Liyuan has become a restaurant. Most of the traditional gardens have disappeared, and what we have interpreted is the legendary passing of generations of emperors and wealthy businessmen. Now new gardens are about to appear.
