Christine Resurrected. 1958 Plymouth brought back from the dead! Can it be done before Halloween?

Christine? This 1958 Plymouth Belvedere has been left for dead. The engine knocks, the brakes barely work, and much more is in need of serious attention. Most of the "work" done to the car over the years has only made the car worse! Some say the car isn't worth putting back on the road, but this car maybe deserves another lease on life. I have a short time to try and make this Plymouth drivable for Halloween. Can it be done?
