HUGE Homeschool Curriculum Unboxing for 2nd Grade! Timberdoodle, Bookshark and Shiller Math

We pieced together several curriculum kits to come up with what we are going to use for 2nd grade! Come see the unboxing as I go through all the goodies - and end up with a big shocker in the mix. No holding back here, folks! ** Edit ** Now that I've had a chance to process everything, if you haven't seen the video yet I thought maybe I was getting more books than I was supposed to in the Bookshark haul. And no, I got everything I was supposed to! The number of readers put it over the top but they aren't too much at all when you break it down - the readers have lots of pictures and the content isn't overwhelming. My son easily reads at least one book a day as it is so this is going to be a great year of reading! Also, I figured out that 'unexpected item' of outdoor toys in the Timberdoodle box was a gift with purchase. We don't usually get to keep those coming from the charter school! HA! And if I looked surprised when I opened up the Shiller kit with the picture of the cookie on the letter, it was because they included a package of Grandma's peanut butter cookies in with the kit. When I picked my stuff up from the charter school it was in with the Timberdoodle box (and they have already been devoured, of course). So, my confusion was the realization of where the cookies came from. LOL And one more thing.... I just realized that Timberdoodle changed the building set from the Engino Inventor kit PRO to the plain old Engino Inventor Kit in this year's 2nd grade kit. I mentioned in the video that it was hard even for my husband to do, but the set I got in the new kit is not as hard. Thank goodness! Good move in my opinion!
