These workouts use intervals of 100 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 100 Cardio Sculpt you will see squats with side leg raises, lunge kick squat kick combinations, down dog glute raises to handstands, squat thrusts with knee pulls, in and out squat jumps, fast side to side lunges and a push-up and side plank knee pull series. There are lots of variations shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the modifications. It's nearly 40 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!
