FestPAC Kanipila Hightlights #3

HANA HOU! Ka Papa Loʻi ʻo Kānewai & Mana Maoli were honored to host FestPac artists from at least 17 island nations in the Pacific, who came together for another massive & unforgettable kanipila - this one went over 13 hours! Tahiti, Rapa Nui, Fiji, Palau, Rotuma, Tonga, CNMI, Rarotonga, Nauru, Niue, Marquesas, Solomon Islands, Sāmoa, Chuuk, Aotearoa, Papua New Guinea, Bali, and Hawaiʻi - you definitely showed up and showed out! These clips are just a tip of the iceberg of what went down: Clip 1 - Chee! Dancers from Tahiti AND Musicians from Tahiti, Rapa Nui, and Hawai’i?! Too good! Clip 2 - Papua New Guinea getting their dance groove on to this medley! Clip 3 - CHICKEN SKIN to see so many island nations singing together! Clip 4 - Marquesas leads the way, with many others joining in Clip 5 - The youth of Palau and Hawai’i kicked off this kani! Clip 6 - This is 1 of many songs that turned into a dance party! Clip 7 - After being a bit shy the first 9hrs, Nauru shared a few of their BEAUTIFUL songs - starting at 3am! A special MAHALO NUI to: FestPacHawaii for bringing together 2500+ delegates from across Oceania to Hawai’i. So epic!
