Trying TURKISH COFFEE for the first time in ISTANBUL TURKEY 🇹🇷

In episode 14 of my Turkey travel vlog series, I try one of the most famous coffees in the world, Turkish coffee. If you are a long time viewer of my channel or even if you have recently started watching you'll likely know that I have to start every video off with a good coffee. So, whenever I am in a country that has a speciality coffee, I'm always interested in trying it. I waited until I arrived in Istanbul to try Turkish coffee for the first time. There are many fascinating things I was told about Turkish coffee by the locals in Istanbul. I included some of them towards the end of the video including the fact that apparently a cup of Turkish coffee is seen as a symbol of friendship when shared with someone as it is said to be remembered for 40 years. Whilst I didn't share a cup of Turkish coffee with anyone, the taste will certainly be remembered for 40 years... especially because I accidentally drank the coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Turns out you're not supposed to do that... This video isn't like the rest of my vlogs from my time in Turkey so far, however, I wanted to try something a bit different with this one.
