Lake of the Angels | Olympics | 8 Miles 3579ft Gain | Part 1: The Ascent

This is part 1! Originally was planning Mount Stone, but due to time constraints, lack of water, and weather I decided to just hit the lake. Lake of the Angels is one of the Olympic Mountains’ most beautiful alpine lakes! It’s tucked beneath the rugged cliffs between Mount Stone and Skokomish Peak. In this first video, I cover the hike itself, trail conditions, route beta, what to expect on the approach, and some general hiking discussion along the way. This trail is absolutely stunning with some crazy views of the Brothers.
