Cast Radiograph Evaluation｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC533

Abstract The ABO developed and officially initiated the use of Cast-Radiograph Evaluation (CRE) as an objective grading system for scoring post-treatment case records in February 1999. To assist the examinees in grading their treatment results before presenting them for the ABO clinical examination, this would allow the candidates to know whether the quality of the result could meet the standard that had been established by the Board. The CRE is an objective method of self-evaluation that helps to elevate the quality of orthodontic care, and the eight criteria in the CRE help doctors to make detailing treatment plan before debonding the braces. 摘要 ABO 設計了Cast-Radiograph Evaluation (CRE)，並且在 1999 年二月開始使用來對於治療後的結果做客觀性的評分。CRE 也提供欲參加 ABO 臨床考試的醫師一個客觀性的評分系統，判斷治療後的結果能否符合ABO建立的標準。CRE 可以作為醫師矯正治療品質的自我評估工具，其中的八項標準更能進一步使用來協助醫師制訂拆矯正器前的矯正完工治療計畫。
