This year’s State of Choice meeting provided an inspiring look at the growth, evolution, and vision of Choice Residential. Brian shared a comprehensive overview of the company’s journey over the past eight years, celebrating milestones, highlighting new initiatives, and reinforcing the mission that continues to guide the brokerage’s success. 💙 The meeting began with a special presentation from the Realtor Giving Network, where Heather Thompson shared the organization’s efforts to support homeless families, housing-insecure individuals, and local seniors through housing assistance, furniture donations, and community outreach programs. Attendees learned about upcoming volunteer opportunities and ways to support the organization’s fundraising initiatives. 📈 Key Choice updates included: • Growth from 12 agents in 2018 to nearly 300 agents today • Expansion of the Raleigh office and upcoming Apex office growth • The launch and evolution of technology platforms, including KVCORE (now BoldTrail) • Introduction of daily training videos and ongoing agent education initiatives • Continued growth of Choice Signature Staging and plans for future expansion • Development of the proprietary Choice Hub back-office platform • Future client events and enhanced agent support resources • The importance of leveraging agent expertise and industry-leading speakers for professional development 🏡 Throughout the presentation, Brian emphasized that Choice’s growth has never been driven by arbitrary numbers, but by a commitment to creating more value for agents, improving systems and resources, and fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
