ICE agent kills Mexican immigrant in Houston in latest deadly enforcement encounter

Family members and local officials are calling for a full investigation into the shooting death of a man killed by ICE agents in Houston. Lorenzo Salgado Araujo was shot Tuesday as agents tried to arrest him. Federal officials say he tried to flee and “weaponized his vehicle” toward an officer who opened fire.
