I wasn't really surprised when British Columbia announced they were making Daylight Saving Time permanent. In fact, I'm more interested to see the reaction, haha. Since it'll be fixed to Daylight Saving Time, in Vancouver, sunrise around the winter solstice will be after 9 AM and sunset around 5:15 PM. It'll still be pitch black when people start work, but I guess it won't affect them too much since most people work in offices. I'm also on X.
