Bundaberg VMR Family Fishing Classic 2022 Part 1 || Kayak Fishing

Finally after months of waiting the Bundaberg VMR Family Fishing Classic 2022 had Arrived. The species listed as eligible in the comp where Bream, Flathead, Whiting and Grunter(Javelin) and a host of other offshore fish i wasn't going to be able to target. I Set off Targeting Bream as that been my most go-to fishing style and the plan was to get in my Kayak and motor around the Elliot River near the mouth of the River. I had an absolute Blast!! what a day it was. I caught some quality bream, Though not competition winners i still had a chance at the mystery Weight division. And i was rewarded by catch the Largest fish iv'e ever caught. I wont spoil what it was but the fight was UNREAL. and in itself i felt i had already won as this was well worth the hours i put into the fishing over this 3 day event. A full UNCUT release of the epic fight i had will follow shortly and be available on my channel and is well worth the watch. Catching such a Monster on Bream gear and from a Kayak was the Most Fun ive had fishing in a long LONG time. Hope you Enjoy the Video as much as i had entering the Comp.
