This time, we went shopping at Waitrose, a slightly posh supermarket in the UK. I picked up a luxury Scottish shortbread that I had often seen Japanese visitors talking about on X and Instagram. Many people said it was delicious, so I had been curious for a while — but the price always made me hesitate. So, was it actually worth it? I tried it with Mark, and honestly, it surprised me. The shortbread had a lovely buttery texture, and the white chocolate with a hint of lemon was much better balanced than I expected. In this vlog, we also try sushi from Waitrose, and on another day I cook a simple Japanese-style dinner: pork marinated in miso.
