How Far Does a 2 Year Old Revel Kit Battery Go? (Revel Kit Range Test)

In this video, I took out the Revel Kit for a range test! Please be sure to read the description before commenting, I include some important information here :) Here are some details about this range test! The route that I rode for the range test is the same exact route that I use to test wheels. This particular route is kind of flat but is mostly 1-2% grade up/down slopes with one major hill that goes down about 400ft in elevation and back up, right in the middle of the route. The hill is about halfway through the route, at the opposite end of the starting point, and happens to be where the range test ended. Super unlucky for the kit to have a low battery on the hill, otherwise I might have squeaked out another mile. Before you're up in arms about how much range I got, here's the details and how I interpret this range test. I'm fully aware of the specs of the Revel Kit batteries - they are fairly weak, coming in at a 10s2p of Samsung 30Q cells for the XR packs. The hobbywing esc inside is rated at about 30 amps, so not super stressful on the cells. As I was riding, I weighed about 170lbs, with my gear and extra battery. Along with that, my speeds for the route were as I do on the wheel testing. However, since I had to do more than one loop, the average speed ended up being lower. I try to make the first 3rd of the route 15-20mph, the second 3rd 20-25mph, and the final 3rd 15-20. These speeds are due to the bike lane conditions and the nature of the route with stop signs and the few stop lights. Anyways, hope you enjoyed! With the setup I was riding, it was hard to travel above 20mph for extended periods of time, however I expect it to be easier on wheels with larger wheels or pneumatics.
