Cuando quitamos nuestra vista del Señor - Salmo 73 - Pastor David Cortés Peña

This psalm of Asaph speaks of the testimony of a psalmist who went through a period of depression. This psalm, written poetically, expressed Asaph's feelings. God inspired and used this servant to teach us to trust in the Lord and not fall into the fleeting illusions of unbelievers; for Christians have a better destiny than unbelievers. God left this psalm for our learning, so that we do not lose sight of the Lord. This sermon was preached from the pulpit of Open Door Baptist Church during a Sunday morning service. Since these preaching services are the main gatherings of the congregation, the sermon seeks to edify the local church by teaching, rebuking (convicting of sin), correcting, and instructing its members and congregants in the way of the Lord. It is a joy for our church to make this recording available to the public, but we wish to note that the preacher has the local church first in mind. Please remember that participating in these videos in no way replaces the instruction we receive from the Lord to congregate, be part of, and meet with other believers in a physical church.
