Firstly hope everyone is doing well in these times of worry. As we are advised to keep as active as possible during lockdown, I decided to create a megamix of some of my mixes to aid exercise. Starting with a warm up at 100bpm and increasing throughout upto 130bpm. Hope you find this useful & be safe, keep active.
