The Binding of Isaac | Daily Run 16th Jun 2026 (Rank: 21)

Goal: Lilith vs. Isaac [Normal Difficulty] Spiciest Stuff: 20/20, Charged Baby, Chaos, Growth Hormones, Psy Fly, Guppy's Eye, Ceremonial Robes, Mom's Perfume, Dark Bum, Rotten Baby Transformations: Spun, Conjoined. Lilith matches Blue Baby's appearances, three puts them tied at the top of the board. Maggie and The Lost hot on their heels with two. Another pretty middling run, with a little bit of magic from Chaos, but not the OP madness you hope for picking it up. The low DMG alleviated with 20/20 and a few extra uses of the Box of Friends thanks to Charged Baby. The build upgraded significantly when we finally became Conjoined. Couldn't quite make it into Boss Rush, about 15 seconds too slow. Extra disappointing with Lilith who always has a field day in there 😭 It left Hush practically guaranteed at least. A couple of uses of the box available. A tonne of shot stopping familiars meant we had a no-hit Hush (which was nice). An easy battle overall. The health dips a bit low on the Womb floors but is otherwise kept well filled thanks to Dark Bum. The aforementioned shot stoppers were Psy Fly and Dry Baby, when duped it was a case of avoiding contact damage. Even this was potentially blocked by Cone Head. A super defensive run. Really winnable but really basic. Fun enough to consider a run through I'd say, even with the clearly missing secret sauce! Best of luck!
