Stir in the remaining sugar and butter. Add flour, eggs, and salt, and knead to form a soft dough (adjusting with a little flour or milk if necessary). Continue kneading for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for 1.5–2 hours, or until it has doubled in size. Roll out the dough to approximately 30 x 45 cm. Brush with butter, mix the sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the dough. Roll up tightly and cut into 12 pieces. Place in a greased 23 x 33 cm baking pan. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour, or until the rolls have risen nicely. Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F). Bake for 25–28 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese until creamy, add powdered sugar, cream/milk, and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
