🔥 Today was one of those days that stays in our hearts! ❤️ We gathered with friends and family to cook a delicious lamb stew, accompanied by yucca with mojo sauce, Greek rice, plantains in syrup, and a tasty salad, all prepared surrounded by nature. The yucca was brought to us freshly harvested from a friend's farm, which made the food even more special. Our dear friend Rosi, a Nicaraguan-German, was in charge of preparing the exquisite plantains in syrup, while we all helped by cutting the meat, chopping the ingredients, preparing the seasonings, and cooking every detail with love. After enjoying this spectacular meal, we couldn't miss a good game of dominoes, lots of laughter, conversation, and unforgettable moments surrounded by the beauty of nature.
