Black Church, Black Music: Wooden Floor Series (2025)

Black Church, Black Music: Wooden Floor Series, is an initiative that centers the stories, sacred songs, and performance practices of the Black church. Through the performance of lined hymns, Western European hymns, Negro spirituals, and gospel music, the project provides ensembles with a hands-on exploration of the breadth and depth of Black sacred music traditions.
