#9 Bill Salmond’s Louisiana Ragtime Band at 2010 Keswick Jazz Festival : Founded in 1969, the Louisiana Ragtime Band has long been admired as Scotland’s most authentic New Orleans style band. They once again take a trip to Keswick to demonstrate their relaxed ensemble-based sound from Alan Quinn (trombone), Bill Salmond (tenor banjo), Bill Bryden (bass), Graham Scott (piano), Kenny Milne (drums and, joining them at Keswick on reeds and Jake McMahon.
