In a hadith, the Prophet Muhammad said: “A time will soon come upon people when nothing will remain of Islam but its name, and nothing of the Quran but its script. Their mosques will be outwardly magnificent, yet devoid of guidance. Their scholars will be the worst of all under the heavens.
