Upgrading the Yamaha T7 - Build Part.1 - Improved or Just Heavier?

This is the start of the T7 build. The Yamaha Ténéré 700 is already a capable bike, but the goal here is to turn it into a proper adventure setup that’s built for real-world riding — off-road, travel, and everything in between. Nothing over the top, just solid, usable upgrades that actually make a difference. So far it’s had a rear rack, tail tidy, exhaust, tyres, and crash bars, along with heated grips, a headlight guard, NiceCNC levers, and a Quadlock mount. This is just the beginning though, and the plan is to keep refining it as it gets used properly.
