I'm Being Sued By Guitar Brand. Please Read Update In Comments

Update: This was a stressfull time and I want to say I appriciate all of you who supported what we do here and for the guitar brand saying that going with legal letters was a little excessive. If you know this channel you know I have made many mistakes in the past as well and I will always have respect for someone who can say there was a mistake made especially publicly as it is tougher than many of you will ever know. I consider this matter closed. The guitar brands Response Posted February 2nd I want to clarify one point, as there appears to be some confusion. Belltone Guitars did not sue Phil McKnight. Belltone Guitars did send a formal letter from our attorney requesting the return of the guitar we sent for an agreed-upon video. This letter was sent only after a month and a half of multiple outreach efforts on our part via email, text, and phone calls to reestablish communication with Phil and his team, following the video not posting as planned. Sending a letter of this nature was clearly excessive in this situation, and we sincerely apologize to Phil and his team for taking this level of action. Belltone Guitars is a very small builder, and we have had our struggles and disappointments navigating the social media influencer world. These experiences have heightened our sensitivity to these matters and, unfortunately, clouded our judgment in this case. We wish Phil and his team only the best going forward.
