By utilising technologies like cloud computing, AI, and data analytics together to improve operational efficiency, customer experiences, drive innovation, and create new business models and revenue streams. However, the inequality in connectivity, lack of digital public infrastructure mainly in developing countries, threatens to widen the digital divide gap?
