On Monday, November 13, 2025, at approximately 7:18 PM WIB in the Layla Cake Bakery Parking Lot, Pisangan Village, RT. 06, RW. 01, Kayu Agung Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang City Regency; 2. On Sunday, August 31, 2025, at approximately 7:49 AM WIB at the BRILink Agent on Jalan Raya Mauk, KM 7, Pisangan Jaya Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang City; ù 3. On Saturday, November 29, 2025, at approximately 8:20 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) at the Neneng Fatimah Midwifery Office, Jalan Raya Mauk, KM 12 No. 15, Pisangan Jaya Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang. MODUS OPERANDI At night, the perpetrator rode a motorcycle to look for unoccupied parked vehicles. Upon finding one, he stole it by damaging the keyhole with a T-shaped wrench. CHRONOLOGY OF DISCLOSURE On Monday, November 13, 2025, at approximately 7:18 PM WIB, a theft, aggravated motorcycle theft, occurred in the Layla Cake Bakery parking lot, Pisangan Village, RT 06 RW 01, Kayu Agung Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang City Regency, DKI Jakarta. The incident began when the victim was about to buy bread at the location and parked his motorcycle in front of the shop. After purchasing the bread, the victim exited and found his motorcycle was gone. Based on the report, the Operational Team from the General Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Unit 2 conducted a crime scene investigation, interviewed the victim and witnesses, and conducted an investigation to identify the perpetrator. Then, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at approximately 7:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time on Jl. Aria Jaya Santika, Pasir Bolang, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. The Operational Team from the General Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Unit 2 successfully apprehended a suspect named *WAHYU SOFYAN*. Then, at approximately 9:40 p.m. Western Indonesian Time, in front of the Banjar Wijaya Modern Market, Estrella Ruko, Banjar Wijaya Housing Complex, Block CC-12, Cipete, Pinang District, Tangerang City, Banten, the team successfully apprehended another suspect, *SIGIT KURNIAWAN*.
