Alpinwanderweg in der Felswand hinter dem Oeschinensee | Fründenhütte SAC

The Fründenhütte SAC is located on the right, above Lake Oeschinen. Due to the risk of a rockslide on the right side of the lake, the standard trail at the bottom is closed. The only route up leads along an alpine hiking trail through the rock face: the Fründschnuer. The trail was improved a few years ago and has been equipped with a steel cable throughout the tricky sections, so this part can be completed using a via ferrata set.
