When building your kit car, the Individual Vehicle Assessment in the UK or IVA as more commonly known is a test which your vehicle must pass before being able to be register the vehicle for use on the road (or public highway). In this video, we try and give you our top tips for that all important pass. We explain the test, what the examiner is looking for, and what you can do to ensure you successfully pass the test prior to the big day. This video has been put together based on our experiences with putting many cars through the IVA process. We are not examiners employed by the ministry of transport, nor did we write the M1 manual.
