Big dust devils, Amazing clouds!!!! Strongest climb! Atos VQ Race 7-6/23 / 150 FAI Hang Gliding Lrd
Started with a long slow tow (turns out downwind) then found one of the strongest, yet smoothest thermals after releasing. Kept waiting for it to get nasty but never did. Fast climb to 12,600'!!! As the day went on, conditions slowed down. Beautiful sky to enjoy. Wind picked up for landing, thought it was a big cycle that would stop, never did I landed short :-( Really nice 150 mile FAI.
