He is well known for the song "Smooth Style" which released in 2021 as well as for being locked up for a triple murder. In November 2021 Lil Fatz, Lil Twon (800), Douwey4 (FaceWorld079/NuskiGang) and Spook (FaceWorld079/NuskiGang) robbed an armored car and ended up killing one of the guards (Lashonda Hearts) and wounding the other guard. They then robbed a phone store and Lil Fatz and Lil Twon (both 800) backdoored Douwey4 and Spook killing them inside the car after the robbery. They were both apparently high on pills at the time and were arrested soon after. Lil Fatz and Lil Twon both face hundreds of years in prison if convicted.
