Spesso abbiamo gli scarti della pulitura dei pesci pescati , alle volte peschiamo pesci di piccola taglia che non riusciamo a rilasciare oppure alcuni pesci cosi definiti " con le spine " pesci di fondo che di solito buttiamo ... bene , conserviamoli per fare un gustoso fumetto che poi andremo ad utilizzare per completare la nostra pasta ... davvero ottima da PROVARE !
