In the spring of 2024, LEGO presented me with a very serious choice: the fabulously beautiful Rivendell 🌳 or the brutal Barad-dûr 🔥. It wasn't an easy decision, but in the end, I now have the best, simply the best LEGO set in my collection, one in which everything is exceptional: the location, the minifigures, the detail, the richness of the story. This is my first Lord of the Rings set, and, as I understand it, not my last.
