How to decoupage on plywood. I took some regular brown paper bags from the grocery store and recycled them. Recycle your bags I used Decoupage glue, plywood, chip brushes, some water and a gloss top coat. Did you know that you can decoupage a plywood floor using this method? I needed a baby gate for my dogs. But the dogs were so small they still got through. Instead I put this piece of plywood between the rooms. It was not very attractive the way it was.
