What happened in the first episode of Rüya Gibi? Aydan is a talented but repressed hairdresser who has spent years in the shadow of her husband, Tarık. Her life is turned upside down when she discovers that Tarık has an illegitimate daughter. Filled with guilt, Aydan reaches out to Tarık's daughter, Çido, who grew up in an orphanage, while also trying to build a new life for herself. At a yacht party to which she is invited to work as a hairdresser, she meets the mysterious businessman Emir. Unbeknownst to her, Aydan has stepped into a dangerous and irreversible world with her best friend Çido and her manicurist friend Fiko. As Aydan struggles to adapt to Emir's world, she must also contend with the troubles caused by her reluctant partner, Çiğdem (Ahsen Eroğlu), a vagabond who grew up in an orphanage. Emir's reckless commissioner, Efe (Emre Bey), inevitably crosses paths with Çiğdem and the hairdresser. Amidst all this chaos, Aydan seeks solace in her best friend, manicurist Fiko (Şebnem Bozoklu), while Aydan's ex-husband, talented hairdresser Tarık (Celil Nalçakan), who can't stomach Aydan's new world of luxury, finds himself facing new troubles every day.
