Solo Road trip : Japan | Kyoto , Hiroshima , Naoshima | UNESCO World Heritage Site | Travel Japan

Come with me as I travel solo on a roadtrip through Japan, along the Sea of Japan to the Pacific Ocean. 1. Leaving from Fukui. 2. Arriving in Kyoto, Maizuru, Amanohashidate, and Ine. 3. Shimane, Izumo Taisho, a UNESCO World Heritage known as one of the oldest shrines in Japan and spending the night in Masuda, at a beachside hostel. 4. Driving across the country towards the Pacific Ocean, stopping in Tsuwano, forget Fushimi Inari Taisha and see the ones, Taisha, along the Sea of Japan. 5. Enjoying Hiroshima, Itsukushima Jinja / Shrine, and the moving Peace Memorial Park. Not forgetting the amazing oysters, Japanese--style food, that Hiroshima has to offer. 6. From there I head to Okayama, driving along the Pacific Ocean. 7. An amazing day spent by taking the ferry from Okayama to Naoshima, the art island worth a visit, especially Chichu Art Museum. 8. Last and not least I visit the biggest castle in Japan, Himeji Castle. Definitely recommend a solo trip and highly recommend in the amazing Nihon, avoiding big cities and the usual crowded spots.
