A waking tour in the Bergen Hill neighborhood of Jersey City, NJ. I started filming by the Bergen Hill Neighborhood sign on Summit Ave. Then I walked southwest onto Astor Pl, then to Monticello Ave and some of the streets around the neighborhood. Is a historic neighborhood located around the area of Astor Pl, in the center of Jersey City. It is located right in the southern part of the Hudson Palisades ridge.
