Many a great civilisation has experienced economic turmoil's throughout history. Carthage the ancient civilisation along North Africa (Libya to Morocco) after losing the first Punic war in 241 B.C to Rome descended into a Mercenary war among the Carthaginians that nearly wiped out their civilisation to the Roman's as a direct result of financial bankruptcy. Nearly 2,000 years later however a majority of one would go to prove their methods of economic hardship ironically were brought about due to fighting a war Chris was incapable of winning by squandering every opportunity given to her.
