Update 01/20/2021: (Thanks to Juan Yornet for the info): If you started the application process online, picked up your Telepass at a delivery point, and then when you try to activate it online, it says there's no data available for that license plate, the solution provided by Ausa was: "If you picked up your device at the toll plaza, it was delivered already activated and ready to use; you just need to attach it to your windshield." Update 12/17/2020 (Thanks to Ivana MP for the info): If you have your Telepase toll tag and can't activate it online, you need to do the following: Call AUSA at 08006662872 and press options 2-2-1-1 on the switchboard. The person who answers will activate it for you over the phone. Update 12/16/2020 (Information provided by Pablo Leci on how to proceed if your tag is broken): You have to call 08006662872, which is an AUSA number, and explain the damage. They will then deactivate the tag they issued using your license plate number and ID number. Afterward, you have to go to the Telepase website and request a new one. According to what I was told, you can pick it up the next day. Update 12/12/2020: Hey everyone, here's some new information! The Telepase website no longer offers "Cash Payment" or home delivery options. Now, if you want it delivered to your home, you have to buy it through Mercado Libre for $520, and you can only pay with Mercado Pago.
