~Farewell, Katina~

Oh, Katina... I hadn't been able to really sleep since I found out... Queen, Mother, Friend. She inspired millions for decades and taught us all so much. Her name meant "pure" and she truly was a pure one. She was so sweet and forgiving. She brought 7 beautiful babies into our lives, 3 of which I've had the honor of getting to know personally. And her relationship with Laura Surovik was awe-inspiring! I want what they have so badly! Laura, my heart goes out to you. The 2nd half of the song really made me think Tina's singing back to us. I do know that if Katina could talk though, she'd tell us to keep living our lives to the fullest and achieving our dreams. I'd give the world to be by her side once more.
