This session focuses on the upper Chest. It is always important to remember to open your heart! In our society, we tend to be bent forward all the time, whether over a computer or the stove or steering wheel. Collapsing the Heart area constricts both your breathing and tightens across the back of the shoulders. We rarely think to counteract all that forward bending to move the spine toward the back and expand the chest. Yoga provides many ways.
