in 1981 Toyota birthed the a hatchback using the publica platform that challenges everthing we are used to in hatchback world. Similar to the AE86 this is RWD. The Hatchback we have here is a Starlet KP62 (KP60, KP61) in Guatemala. A Starlet like this did not come to the united states as the US version has bigger bumper, different engines, different gears, etc. Enjoy the video of the K-engine driven Toyota Starlet.
