Sir Keir Starmer has said trans women have no right to access women-only spaces, confusing Labour’s position on whether trans people should be able to use toilets. The Labour leader said biological men who are legally transitioning should not have access to areas designated for women and insisted those spaces should be "protected". His comments came after two of his senior MPs refused to say whether people with penises should be allowed to use women's toilets.
