I was hoping to catch the local Cherry Blossoms on Roosevelt Island in NYC but upon walking, it looks like they're still a few weeks away from blooming fully. I rarely get to walk to the northern tip of Roosevelt island to check out the light house so it was a nice, desolate moment that I found myself sitting at for a while after I stopped recording.
