Dennett Dam, on the Tuolumne River, 9th St. Bridge in Modesto, has drowned 3 over the years and had been a hazard to rafting and salmon returning from the sea. After years of hard work getting funding, Tuolumne River Trust coordinated grants, City of Modesto, and other stakeholders to fund ICS to perform the huge project of removing the dam.
