Leadership Development: How to Become A Better Trainer. Often when we master the content of what we're teaching we can stop focusing on growing in our training skills. Many teachers, trainers or developers hit a level of expertise in their field and then just put their training on pilot. But great trainers are great students of training practices. If you want to truly have a leadership development impact on others then you must always be growing as a trainer. Leading an equipping session can take different twists and turns and a great trainer can be adaptable and use the surprise moments as ways to develop those their training.
